      Always heavily short on my commissions, Mitch Diaz is an awful manager and person, inappropriate and disrespectful.

      - Reasonable salary - if you are not able to do some tasks then you will have a lot of free time. - Suitable for who got married, they can leave work at exact 5pm.

      Cons

      - not fair for who can achieve tasks, they will do everything. - not fair for those who hasn't got married.
