This place is managed by leaders who use lip service. Folks speak in their native language and it's extremely unprofessional even if you are a leader. Majority of the people here are mostly Asians. Leaders are stuck in the must show your face in the office mentality. We survived working remotely during covid and if you can't trust your employees to get the work done while still being able to strategically plan with each other then maybe you're the problem.
