Pros
There are some great people that work there...for now. The office is located close to Penn Station and the BBQ joint Brother Jimmy's is great. Snacks are offered to employees and there is a Pop-a-Shot basketball game that they can't throw away because it belongs to the company they have subleted the office from.
Cons
Leadership has sabotaged corporate culture. Sales pipeline is running dry. Leadership genuinely doesn't seem to care about how you feel about your job. Complaints are dismissed with threats of termination and people seemed to be constantly looking over their shoulders to make sure nobody is behind them to stick a knife in their back. If they don't like what you have to say they will buy a bus just to throw you under it.
