Pros

It used to be good, respectable company to work it. But not anymore.

Cons

The work culture is highly toxic, with no regard for work-life balance. Employees are expected to take on excessive workloads, often sacrificing weekends, as management believes this is the “right” thing to do. Management is the main issue, leadership tends to be condescending, fostering a “boss is always right” mentality where differing opinions are not welcomed. Salary is low with no benefits at all, no AWL or bonuses, hard work are often unrewarded. The environment is self-centered, with little appreciation for employees’ contributions. Additionally, the workplace operates primarily in Mandarin, creating a lack of inclusivity, and there are evident biases that contribute to a high turnover rate.

Pros

•Most of the ex team members were great to work with. •The office is generally quiet, which can be a plus if you prefer minimal distractions.

Cons

•Lack of respect for staff input: Despite scheduling long meetings specifically to gather feedback, the management never actually listens to their staff. They ask for input but don’t act on it, leaving employees feeling unheard and frustrated. •Delayed payments: Commission payments to staff and suppliers are constantly delayed. It’s very unprofessional, and the company’s failure to meet financial commitments only adds to the stress. •No support when needed: Whenever issues arise, there’s no real support from management. Problems are brushed off as “small issues,” leaving employees to handle everything on their own. It’s draining and demoralizing. •No pay raises/Confusing commission structure: There’s no clear path for advancement or salary growth. The commission structure is overly complicated with a lot of grey areas, making it impossible to understand how much you’ll actually be earning. •Unpaid commissions: As a former employee, I’m still waiting for commissions that were never paid. This is unacceptable and reflects the company’s disregard for its employees. •Toxic work culture: The company expects you to work like a slave, constantly pushing you to go above and beyond for their benefit, while your mental health and well-being take a back seat. The pressure and lack of support contribute to a toxic environment that ultimately leads to burnout.

Pros

Honestly? None. Used to be good when previous founder was there to balance things out with humanity and understanding.

Cons

This company was the most toxic workplace I’ve ever experienced. Sexist attitudes were constant, creating an environment that felt demeaning and uncomfortable. Opinions, ideas, and professional input meant nothing. In my experience, the bosses always believed they knew best, treated others like they were stupid, and dismissed any constructive feedback. Work–life balance didn’t exist. Designers were expected to be in-office Monday–Friday during full hours AND still meet clients on weekends, with no time off in lieu and no flexibility at all. Commission handling felt inconsistent and unclear - deductions (in my experience) seemed arbitrary and influenced by how much you stayed in the boss’s good favor. Most critically, the entire place revolved around the bosses’ obsession with enrichment classes, which operated like a cult. If you didn’t participate, you were made to feel excluded and judged - it created a pressured, uncomfortable atmosphere that had nothing to do with work. If you value your time, creativity, boundaries, or mental health, please choose another company. I truly wish someone had warned me sooner.
