      - people - salary + bonus - great benefits - lot of company events - only 2 days a week office (good hybrid model) - 2 offices (D1 and D18)

      Cons

      - recent board decisions very strange - easy to get promoted in the same role (Mid to Senior Dev) but very hard to become more meaningful
