Management doesn't care about the needs of the employees that work in the call center. Management will lie after they tell you one thing so they can cover there butts. Management will penalize you if you go above their head if they are not able to answer a question or what may have you. Also this is a big one! Some of the management says inappropriate things to women and then laughs it off because they know we need our jobs to take care of our families. They lie so much and there is so much favoritism in this place you could cut it with a knife. If you contact Doug Allmen for anything management will get mad at you and find a reason or way to write you up or give you a warning. This is a male ego driven company, they care nothing about the workers. They cover up all that going on by throwing parties and giving away stuff every now and than. Its hard for you to move up in this company. I know people have been in the same spot for 5-10 years they just say "oh keep showing us you can do the job".
