Pros
Incredibly collaborative colleagues with amazing technical expertise. A passion for the job and clients. Good team spirit. Like the way managers at all level try and make sure messages and comms are done. Work life balance is some of the best I’ve come across in the industry. There is a real focus on culture and calling out bad behaviour which is a message right from the top. Far better than I’ve seen in many bigger companies.
Cons
Lack of face time with colleagues. Some long established teams can be elitist/if you aren’t part of their team but this is not as much of an issue as I’d been told about.
