      Pros

      Upper management was very involved with the business for the most part. Some VPs came and went suspiciously quick in their position.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover; lack of formal training when I was there; pay structure constantly changing for bonus (again, when I was there)

      Was very open about the job and pay. The goals of the store itself and as a team. Very friendly and welcoming.

      None come to mind as of now or are foreseeable.
