Pros
A select few PEOPLE that work there are good folks. Occasionally meeting interesting customers. You can network for a better way to get out of the grind and find a way out of the hellhole that you currently work at.
Cons
Customers are allowed to be as rude as they would like to be. The pay is low, the hours are hard and long, the computer systems suck and go down on a regular basis. Perks are minimal and difficult to track down. Insurance sucks and is not easily accessible for finding a doctor
