Pros
Mostly remote, nice installations when you do have to go to the office. The salary and environment can vary a lot from project to project, so you can either get lucky or not regarding pay, management and coworkers depending on the project you're on.
Cons
Job description did not really match with the eventual real assigned tasks (only partially). Flawed distribution of work, as there were too few people available for the amount of work to be done, which lead to periods of stress, unpaid extra time and lack of response from management.
