      Great leadership team that truly cares about its employees. The ability to look outside the box to find true solutions to customer demands is what engages me as a member of management within NDS. Since employed here, I have had nothing but positive experiences with all team members.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment that takes true dedication. Not for everyone that is not willing to put in the time and work that's needed.

      Good hours, good pay, helpful, friendly upper management, safety conscious,, up to date on DOT rules and regulations, always looking to help expand our customer base

      Equipment and space could always be improved, but it works and gets the job done
