Pros
If you don't mind the pay, and just stick to doing your work, this is perfect for you!!! Not the best organized company, but very easy to work for. You see the owners regularly, if not everyday. When the company gets busy you see them, along with managers and supervisors working by your side to get the job done. Company will treat there employees once in a while. Whether it be a company bbq, pizza on thursdays, monthly giveaways, outings to korean bbq, or even taking the whole company to a movie theater. Besides the usual disagreements, all employees are very easy to get along with. Stick to your work and you'll be fine.
Cons
There is a lot of preference. As it is a Korean owned company, they blatantly give a Korean worker advancement opportunities before anyone else. They try to squeeze everything they can out of you for not the best pay in the world. I have seen them let some of the hardest and smartest workers walk away, because they will not give pay raises. If they do it will take a lot of pushing them to do so.
