Pros

The technology is interesting and the staff are generally really nice people and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

If you are going to work directly with the CEO you should carefully consider whether this is the place for you. From a global perspective, he really seems to care about the people who work at the company. On a personal level, however, working with him can be a nightmare. He treats staff as if they are all still graduate students and, while he claims to want opinions and have an open door policy, typically this just results in ridicule or being demeaned. Most senior level hires come in excited and ready to make a difference, but within a year settle into just doing what they are told. My experience was not all bad, and I am thankful for what I learned, but being a senior leader at this company comes with a considerable downside, so approach cautiously.
