Pros
There are a few good people that try to support you when you are lied to or thrown under the bus, however they must not share their opinion for fear of retaliation.
Cons
The owners and management are all lying back stabbers. How can you as an employee speak to a customer and tell them time and time again your hands are tied. The company doesn't honor warranties unless they think it will get them more business. Management and The Moore's are a bunch of snakes who have no morale. The Moore's show a good front to their church community, but if people in their community knew how they treat people not from their area they'd be shocked. They have literally ruined lives and could care less. (Dozens of former employees and countless customers all agree) Their judgement will come no matter how much money they have.
