8yThank you for taking the time to provide this valuable feedback. In the time since your comment, we have made a concerted effort to examine the culture in our office and make some changes that have led to a much more positive atmosphere for both employees and customers.
As a woman and a member of the leadership management team at New System, I take your comments about not feeling valued and respected very seriously. We have and will continue to communicate to all New System employees, our policies, standards and expectations for teamwork and respectful communication. When these standards are not met, we address the issue swiftly and appropriately.
Just as importantly, we are proud to provide competitive opportunities for women in every department including office, production, service and sales. At New System, women receive equal pay for equal work, and compensation packages that are competitive in our markets.
The New System leadership team supports a culture that values inclusion and diversity of every type. We also recognize that we must continue to be diligent and grow and improve in this area.
