Pros
Great benefits for retirement, leave, annual raises, assistance with education and certifications, flexibility, good tools and resources. Interesting work across a lot of different environments and systems. The team is really knowledgeable and it is nice to be a part of one of the better groups in the area. Good reputation for the company and team - people seem to be impressed when they find out I am a part of NexGen Data Systems.
Cons
This might be a pro depending on how you look at it. There is no main office, so a lot of the company interactions outside of day-to-day work onsite occur at conference rooms or other meeting places. On the other hand there aren't a lot of pointless meetings and teleworking is possible. I find that it actually hasn't mattered, but it could be odd at first if you are used to going to an office like I was at my previous job.
