Pros

Some benefits like free meals and events, fun relaxed atmosphere (outside of the support queue), opportunity to learn cool technology and industry

Cons

The job is very stressful. The executive and development team does not listen to suggestions for improvement. We're all working with a product we hate using and were promised the next version of the software would make supporting it easier. Now that it's here after years of it being obscured in mystery, it has age old problems and we're just hearing the same old excuses. Executive team setup some systems for transparency but all that has come from it is excuses as well. Under qualified employees keep getting promoted because they're willing to work for less pay.

Pros

Most of the same level colleagues are personable. Regular breaks that were clocked.

Cons

It seems once the entry level employees get a promotion to a team leader some type of supervisory role, if you're not in your young twenties they don't understand you. And that's not good because they will report they cannot talk to you even though verbal communication is what we were all hired to do. Always posting for the same position every few months it's just lots of turnover and everyone has seen it, don't know if it's changed cuz I was walked out the door when I got released. And that was in less than 3 months.
