Helping organize events that bring different voices together is something I really enjoy. I get to work closely with leaders who care about moving past stale political arguments. There's great energy behind what this team is building.

You meet some good employees who are stuck here due to one reason or another.

Working here will test your patience extensively. The workload is high, but the worst thing is their attitude towards employees. Most of the people in power have a good complex and use their power in the wrong manner. Racist behavior, verbal abuse, and rudeness are daily occurrences. The more you tolerate, the more horrible the consequences will be. If you can't speak up when they are being abusive, you'd better quit and look for another job. Don't just take it all, as it will make them feel that they are right. This workplace also has some spineless people who are working hard to protect the reputation of the horrible employer by writing fake reviews. You can see a few 5-star ones and realize how similar they are. It's awful!
