Cons
After working here, I was sold on the employee culture and the promise of doing something great and amazing. After the first few months the real issues started to arise. The company promotes people who are close friends even though they are not qualified to be in their position. They want experienced people but never listen to their advice. HR is friendly and great at planning activities, but lacks any kind of experience doing real HR work or support. They are unable to do any kind of HR task Producers; some have competence but have no clue what producing is. All Producers are just people who have worked there from the beginning. They strongly lack the work experience and would never be hired by any studio outside of Nordeus. Overall the company will promote their perks to potential new hires with promises of doing something great, but realistically even the founding members have no clue what to do and they feel like they know everything. they say they like feedback but people get punished for it. people have been fired but never given a real reason why they are being fired. Some firings are done simply because the Producer does not like the person. Also a company having lots of female workers, they still tend to be extremely chauvinistic and archaic in treating and speaking about women and their roles in the workplace.
