Pros
An inspiring and talented team that provides a great environment to learn and develop yourself. Working on an important and exciting mission is made even more enjoyable by the lovely and kind team.
Cons
The mission to replace plastic is a big challenge. Plastic was invented only 100 meters from Notpla and had a +100-year head start. Natural materials don't behave the same so it's a challenge to scale this up. It is difficult to have conversations with external clients sometimes that don't always share the same values. And it can be challenging, slow, and frustrating to move them away from plastic.
