Always good to have such people working together with extreme collaboration. Everyone is open-minded and helpful to each other. Company always encourages employees to be more active in the community. You will find lots of opportunities to work on open source projects, do a spike in some new cool technology and write blogs posts about it.

Lack of process around human resources. People in management may have multiple positions to keep up. This could even be a benefit for small companies (flexibility). But Novoda is growing and this lack of process may result into unfair situations between employees and across offices. Classic problems with agencies: Sometimes, the projects are small and you don't have enough people around you. In those cases, client expectations from engineers are usually not aligned. Clients always expect more. This may get stressful.
