Pros
-flexible scheduling -ability to bring infants to work for sales positions -not commission-based -genuinely cared about customers & babies well being -kinda progressive
Cons
-office work, including insurance billing, insurance standard compliance was unsupported. The owners & manager didn't understand or appreciate how important or difficult they were. -completely inappropriate expectations -poor pay -raises were promised and never given -positions were eliminated and not replaced, then remaining office personnel was expected to do the eliminated employees' jobs with the promise of a raise (not given) and the expectation that the same things would get done in the same amount of time -anyone who quit was trash talked when they left and was blamed for failures of owners -owners never took responsibility for high turnover -anytime the store was doing well financially, the money was used for marketing and customer acquisition rather than for current employer raises, even promised raises
