Great culture, easy to get to know co-workers, wonderful work/life balance and ability to work from home when needed. Challenging projects and changes keep you motivated and learning new things. There is a lot of work to be done and some of it is challenging; however, as this could be a con, it is also a pro! Too much work and a challenge is always better than boredom - this helps to create a learning and growing environment, as well as the opportunity to mold the company into a successful one.
