I have never felt so much left alone in my entire work life - FP&A Analyst OASIS Group Employee Review

Everyone works on his own, no much interaction between colleagues notably newbes. The senior management is so busy that doesn't interact with no one and direct manager had no leadership skills, only management skills providing no constructive feedbacks/critics to improve learning curve. Basically you are left alone to learn... This is not so bad if the day after you be been asked a report, you would be crucified on an analysis you have never worked with on your life. Sometimes left alone for days with no actual chat whatsoever... You entered the room at 9am you left the company at 17,30pm with no greetings at all.
