Pros
The schedule is alright if you want camp work.
Cons
Zero communication between management and employees. Workers constantly left in the dark about layoffs, then everyone is let go the following day. Management hires their buddies from back home with zero experience, and for higher pay than the current employees who work hard and have common sense, and a moral compass: employees who wake up on time and show up, and are disciplined. The buddies that are hired on are all drunks or cokeheads, sleep through their alarms, or don’t show up to work at all, leaving everyone shorthanded. If they do show up to work, they have little to zero experience and no drive to work or help others.
