friendly contractors, good vibe among lower level staff
Cons
It's definitely in my top 3 worst places I've worked at. The biggest con is taking on work that they aren't equipped to handle, putting a lot of pressure on staff. There is a lack of flexibility here, some people are allowed to work from home, others do not have that luxury. The suggestions made are assigned to individuals, but never followed up on. It's like they do not care about what employees think.
