Got exposure to different tasks and learned to manage responsibilities independently.

Cons

The company lacks proper systems and has no clear vision or structured work process. Employees are expected to deliver without guidance or support, and there is minimal appreciation for hard work. Job stability is almost nonexistent — sudden changes in roles, unrealistic targets, and poor management decisions make it difficult to sustain. Unfortunately, the organization does not value employee efforts or long-term career growth.

Pros

This company provides a good base to your career, whether you want to learn new tech, you may easily learn it within 2.5 years, since this is the duration of bond, after that you can easily acquire calls from outside organizations and trust me, the skills learned here and in high demand outside so these guys provide a good base for the career. There is a history I saw that whoever has gone through OMFYS has settled in one of the best companies, so learn as much as you can.

Cons

There happens to be too many internal projects. Even though the ideas aren't that bad, they get shelved for one reason or another; developers have discussed with me how dejected they feel but don't know how everything gets shut down; maybe due to unfair promotions of FEW people.
