A clear lack of truth from the new management and regime Telling members in teams that have survived a cull they are secure only to axe more people later Lack of appreciation for certain teams and persons especially those who point out where things need to be improved or rectified Massive divisions and morale issues once the company started outsourcing roles and whole departments to India Refusing to listen to concerns of customers and instead just pretend everything is fine till they threaten to leave Aggressive and intimidation tactics used in order to get people to achieve results or to make management in areas look good A general lack of appreciation for anyone thats not in the inner circle of the new regime and management
