Pros
A good place to start a career and get some experience. Exposure to federal projects. Staff is very friendly and most employees get along well.
Cons
Poor compensation. Exploitation of under paid employees. Had to deal with terrible managers and senior management seems to do nothing despite complains from employees. No growth opportunities.
