Pros
-It's a very interesting and dynamic place to work, with some inspiring individuals. -If you are based in the main office, it's great how often you see the CEO (Frederic Nze). -I've seen a large number of people progressing successfully through internal hiring and training.
Cons
-There are way too many meetings and not enough communication on the company wiki. -Too many changes take place without consultation of the individuals that it affects.
