Started off as an assistant installer with very little experience-now I’m running the Service Department as the Manager and I have had my Level 3 WTS license for almost 2 years. Building trust is key. It’s not just saying you’re trustworthy, it’s proving your value and dedication to not only the company, but more importantly the customers.
