Now in times of the covid, the ceo (SAM), took the decision of fire all the people in mexico and other cities, he practically forced all employees to firm his own resignments ( he was using a third company ''to handle the payments'), maybe because he was planning to avoid to pay the law compensations in a future situation (like covid)....So practically he leaved everyone without work, in the middle of the covid crisis.
The company is very proud of their culture and support to his employees, but honestly after doing that, i don't know how is that..
CEO thinks that he leads a big company with offices in san diego, mexico city, tampico and kiev, reality is that there is only a couple of people working remotelly, no offices.. he want to give the impresion of a big company...Currenlty, it is not
