Split time between head office at Welwyn Garden City - awful atmosphere / industrial area Management are over stretched so can't give individual support to anyone ... no progression / training / KPI's set Unsupportive with promotion. Huge turnover of staff Inexperienced members of staff given head roles No structure to the work - problems aren't resolved as no one with experience in head roles No budgets to improve visuals / editorial Ridiculous split of the team - made to work at Head Office two days a week and London for the remainder. The whole Fabled team doesn't work together which causes huge problems - but managers don't seem to realise that. Give new starters some encouragement / enthusiasm / variation rather than sit them at a desk 9-6.
