I appreciate the clear communication regarding the selection process and prompt responses to my queries. The team was helpful in resolving my doubts about the job role and responsibilities, which gave me confidence and clarity before joining. Looking forward to a great journey ahead with the company!

The South Africa team is very nice.

Cons

Hired and given no training for 3 months. Was promised accounts every week and never got them. The other new person had the same experience. Owner is married to the CEO and blinded by love, can't see she's doing an awful job. No one enjoys working for her. She's very offish and hard to read. You can tell she isn't listening when you talk, which is why she will repeat questions and act surprised about things you've already told her numerous times. There is no consistency amongst the different locations (India, South Africa, Mexico, Philippines). Team members you are supposed to shadow won't help you. They gatekeep things as if you're trying to take their job. Company lies about their "revolutionary" new CRM Flowz but it doesn't work. We can't even use it internally. Company oversells the virtual assistants they hire and will lie to customers faces to make a sale. Just a complete hot mess.
