Awesome company in regards to respecting employees efforts. It was great to go from a company that did not compensate for quick, effective, and profitable work.

Industry is extremely difficult to get an edge in and is rapidly switching to a direct with underwriter standard. High reward models from ISO's will not be along much longer.
Good people work there. I like the management. They seemed to care about me and what I needed. Also had good leads at times. Good spiffs as well. No nights or no weekends was nice

Needed more leads. Would run out sometimes. Owner seemed to not be around or accessible much. Not the best industry in the world. Merchants Processing is tough, Maybe more money for initial sales.
