From 2019 until now, I have been working for Onni. My motivation has been inspired and I have enjoyed the experience. It's a great company with tons of support, and it has a great culture.

Sitting and not really doing much, great usage of the amenities, residents
Cons
The corporate aspect of the building, and how they lie to residents. Constantly getting in trouble for saying we as employees could do something months prior then switching their minds last minute.
There really isnt any growth either, people stay for a few months then quit. Its very draining.
