Pros

Work from home is the only pro.

Cons

C60/OG was one of the more challenging organizations I have worked for. Management lacked transparency and consistent communication, with decisions often made at the top and pushed down without meaningful explanation or feedback channels. This created an environment where employees were expected to comply without having visibility into the rationale behind major changes. Nepotism appeared to be a significant issue, including family members of ownership working within the organization and senior leadership providing preferential treatment and advancement opportunities to relatives. In some cases, this resulted in individuals being repeatedly reassigned to protect their roles rather than being held to the same performance standards as others. While the ability to work from home was a positive aspect, it was offset by excessive workloads placed on individuals and teams. Frequent layoffs led to multiple management changes, a lack of continuity, and no clear long-term direction. Employees located outside the GTA were often treated as second-class contributors, which negatively impacted morale and inclusion. Additionally, there was an expectation to provide after-hours support for technologies outside one’s scope of responsibility, effectively requiring 24/7 availability without additional compensation. Overall, the work environment was demanding, disorganized, and unsustainable for many employees.

Pros

Good colleagues you look up to

Cons

Managers set high goals but give no help. Colleagues are tired and quiet because pressure never stops. The job feels heavy from start to end.

Pros

You work with a lot of smart people and the company can be a good networking environment for those early in their careers or new to AWS consulting.

Cons

There is a noticeable lack of long-term strategy and clear vision at the executive level, which creates frequent shifts in priorities and direction. Alignment across leadership is inconsistent, making it difficult for teams to understand where the company is headed or how success is measured. Sales direction is particularly unreliable, with little to no structured onboarding, unclear expectations, and frequent changes in messaging and focus. This creates unnecessary friction for both sales and delivery teams. The internal culture can feel exclusionary, with decision-making and career progression often appearing tied to informal inner circles rather than performance or impact. Customer events tend to emphasize a party-centric atmosphere, which may not resonate with everyone and can feel misaligned with a professional environment. Layoffs and internal changes have historically felt opaque and difficult to reconcile with actual results or measurable outcomes, which impacts trust and morale. While the company once had a strong reputation, many long-tenured employees have left after leadership changes significantly eroded the culture and operational maturity.
