Quit accepting every client under the sun. It's OK to turn work down, especially small clients that end up being headaches for your entire staff.

We turn down so many clients, but I do realize some clients come on board with us who are not ideal. Please communicate with management in the future. We always have your back and would not want you to work on clients that are not good! Sometimes we think they will be awesome clients and then they aren't.
