I've been with OBH for 3 years now and have been very happy to work for the company! I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and began as a 1:1 ABA tutor shortly after. The company provided me with all the training I needed to be successful and covered my RBT certification. Dr. Carinci genuinely cares about his employees and their success/happiness in the company. OBH supervisors have been knowledgable, helpful, and always available for questions and support. I have really enjoyed working for OBH and highly recommend them to others.
Cons
Nature of job requires driving from client to client, however company does reimburse for mileage in between which helps! Most employees start out part-time which can be hard for some, but my caseload increased fairly quickly.
