- Good work-life balance, good colleagues, and a great campus. - Location in Macquarie is great

- Lack of transparency, especially around restructuring - Executives yap too much, not sure how their yapping motivates people - Yapping is not backed by action, Optus reputation has been getting hounded - for software engineers doesn't seem like they have a lot of internal oppurtunities
