the doctors and people you’ll work with are great, for the most part. you’ll learn a lot

administration is horrible. ruled by their emotions, poor leadership. decisions are made solely on how much money will we make, they don’t care about employee satisfaction or proper patient care. inconsistent hours and you’re asked to do things that you’re uncomfortable with and not trained for. management doesn’t know their own company policy most of the time. most of management is power hungry and doesn’t take criticism well, they’ll punish your for standing up for your rights as an employee.
