-Trendy corporate office -Apple computers -Some really talented & creative people -Flexibility when you have doctor/dentist/outside appointment or engagement

-Too many friends and family work here and there is blatant favoritism -Certain people do not seem to work much at all and are constantly out of the office for non-work related events -Not much accountability -Requirement is to take a 1/2 day if you work from home -Some people treat others with 0 respect and this is allowed -You are not allowed to own your own time off reporting which makes you feel like a child -Not much process or precedure -A lot of backstabbing and gossip witnessed -Work life balance is questionable in certain roles -Promises are not kept; encourage getting everything in writing if its contractual
