Pros
Beautiful work environment, great benefits, collaborative team members, impressive client brands – and the closest that i have come to work-life balance in the agency world. There is also a good representation of women on the executive team, a little less than 50/50, more than I have seen at other agencies. POP’s been great in giving me projects that really challenge me and allow me to grow my skills. And I love my team!
Cons
Work can be demanding, and then it can get slow. Like most digital agencies, it requires a consistent pipeline of new opportunities. When things get slow, people get nervous, even when new wins are coming in.
