Great place for engineers that enjoy hands on design. Custom built EB Welders for the largest companies in Aerospace (SpaceX, OrbitalATK, Pratt&Whitney, NASA). Therefore the systems built need to adapt the new technologies. So there is always room for improvement on the system for an engineer to work on a new design..
Cons
Servicing, troubleshooting 40 year old machines, especially without proper documentation can be challenging at times.
