Toxic work environment - Anonymous employee Paack Employee Review

Classic micromanagement company, disorganised with unprepared and insensitive management. Salaries are low and bonuses are given unfairly. They've an obsession with control, so much so that they use all kinds of means to control your work and if you perform poorly in their opinion, they use it as an excuse to fire you. I don't recommend it.
