Pros
Good training when you first start, exposure to lots of different companies. Things you can expect from any large recruitment company.
Cons
Minimum 8 to 6 hours, usually longer. Impossible to reach targets and once you do reach them they manipulate you out of your bonus. Extremely high turnover, expect to see at least one of your colleagues in your close knit team walking out the door each month or each week in the wider business. Way too many chiefs, and no one has any decision making power. They push you down the career path that suits the needs of the business, and not the career path you want.
