Great starting position - Procurement Specialist PermaCold Engineering Employee Review

This is by far the best place I have worked as a refrigeration technician. We receive full support from our manager and the company as a whole while still being held accountable and encouraged to always expand our skills.

Parts department could use some improvement and accountability.

Pay is decent, *most* employees are nice and helpful

Complete lack of training and support. Expectations are completely unrealistic. They practically sat me down in front of a computer and said "figure it out" The senior designer straight up told me it isn't his job to help me and to ask an engineer. On day 4 they were already talking about setting me up with a laptop to work remote overtime over the weekend even though I was completely unprepared and nowhere close to self sufficient.
