Pros

The team members, and one member of leadership, although she is likely under the gun herself. But they have a tendency to fire their best employees, so it's not really a pro.

Cons

Where to begin? I'm not sure leadership actually understands the definition of "communication." They'll fire you without any kind of warning or heads up. Especially if you're a good employee. The only constant in Leadership is that they will constantly change their mind on what direction they're going in. They'll fire you without any kind of warning or heads up. They'll underpay you. They'll fire you without any kind of warning or heads up. Starting to notice a theme? Unless you're one of the original employees, or you found your way into ownership's hip pocket, they'll fire you without any kind of warning, heads up, or a good reason.

Pros

This is a company that really cares about your personal growth and development. Within the first months of my employment I was given the opportunity to go to an automation conference to learn new tools to enrich my skillset. The culture here is friendly and encouraging. I feel like I can ask for help from anybody. People here are always ready to help out clients and peers alike!

Cons

The number and complexities of some of the tools used here can be overwhelming at first, but with everyone being willing to help teach and show you around, this becomes a non-issue.

Pros

Great learning experience with exposure to a variety of clients and environments. Fun social events. PTO benefits include birthdays, holidays, and sick time. Some coworkers were supportive and knowledgeable.

Cons

Office politics play a significant role. One week, an employee may receive recognition for good work, and the next, they could be let go with little to no explanation. Some management members are dismissive when employees ask questions or seek clarity. Opportunities for advancement seem inconsistent. Promises of internal growth and professional development don’t always hold up. Frequent company-wide emails about restroom cleanliness.
