Where do I begin? 📍Advancement based on favoritism, not performance (strong clique culture, with no real attempt to change) 📍Interns given more authority than senior-level experienced hires. 📍Highly secretive/selective with information sharing makes the clique culture more obvious. HR enables this, calling it being “under the tent” 📍HARD line between Exec Leadership and staff. They never leave their posh offices. 📍Lack of transparency, preparedness or consistency with BT communications or decisions. 📍Ideas of experienced new hires not valued or supported 📍Leaders seem to have little appetite for improvement/change (seem jealous) These are just a few of the reasons for high turnover.
