      -they don't respect time contracts, they hire and fire people like it was fun -some teams are very disorganized -they offer some extra benefits that never became real

      Remote work, lately hybrid, they respect working hours.

      Cons

      There was a mass layoff in the technology department. The company is showing favoritism towards other departments for… dubious reasons. The Human Resources team is partly responsible and shows no concern for employees; on the contrary, they've eliminated several of the benefits we had. They prefer to invest in new technologies rather than take care of their people.
